Empowering youth to lead, advocate, and build safer communities through mentorship, leadership, and real opportunity.

SAVING LIVES & EMPOWERING YOUTH

There’s something within all of us that we can use to make a difference.

Changing Lives. Building Leaders. Shifting Communities.

Project Outreach and Prevention's "SLEY Together Challenge" empowers youth to lead, advocate, and take action against violence in their schools and communities.

🛡️

What Do We Build?

We build student leaders who use their voice, influence, and lived experiences to create safer school environments and stronger communities.

👥

Who Do We Serve?

We serve youth across our communities, especially those in communities impacted by violence by equipping them with tools, mentorship, and opportunities to lead change.

📣

How Does It Work?

Through S.A.V.E. chapters, leadership training, and community-based initiatives, students take action—hosting events, leading conversations, and driving real impact.

Start a S.A.V.E. Chapter

  • Bring student leadership to the center. S.A.V.E. chapters create space for young people to lead conversations, build peer support, and strengthen school culture.
  • Connect prevention to your existing environment. The model aligns with PBIS, Title I family engagement, and existing school or community structures.
  • Activate students through real opportunities. Chapters lead campaigns, events, and prevention efforts throughout the year.
  • Partner with POP for implementation. Schools and organizations receive guidance and support from launch through activation.

Whether you are a school, district, or youth-serving organization, SLEY Together Challenge provides a structured, student-centered approach to youth violence prevention and leadership development.
